Mayweathers is currently prosecuting a class action in the Supreme Court of New South Wales on behalf of current or former owners, purchasers, landlords, investors and authorised representatives of deceased estates of properties located within a suburb located in the Camden LGA due to land subsidence. The class action is funded by Omni Bridgeway.

Mayweathers is currently investigating a number of complaints against online trading platform providers for failing to exercise its duty of care to clients, failing to act in the best interests of clients and failing to adhere to the first disclosure benchmark in ASIC RG 227.
